Technical FAQ

Everything you need to know about our performance parts, global freight, and vehicle fitment.

Global Logistics & Shipping

We manage specialized international freight routes to ensure your hardware arrives intact. For oversized items like exhaust systems or roll cages, we utilize Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) consolidation hubs. This keeps costs down while maintaining bulletproof packaging standards. You receive full tracking data from our dock to your door.

Yes. Our logistics network is built to handle complex freight. Whether we are moving palletized engines on domestic routes like Texas to Florida, or handling international cargo from Aberdeen to Reading, our LTL carrier partners ensure safe, heavily secured transport.

Absolutely. We frequently ship parts into the EU, including heavy delivery logistics directly into Germany. Duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer upon arrival, but we provide all necessary commercial invoices to ensure a smooth transition through customs.

In-stock inventory generally processes and ships out of our facility within 24 to 48 hours. If you are ordering a back-ordered item or a custom-spec component, lead times will vary. You will be notified immediately of any projected delays.

We pack everything to survive a warzone, but freight accidents happen. If a box arrives compromised, sign for it as "Damaged" with the courier, take photos before opening, and contact us within 48 hours. We will initiate a freight claim and get a replacement out to you.

Hardware & Fitment

Fitment is critical. Always check the SKU and the vehicle compatibility list on the product page. If you are running a modified chassis or are unsure about clearance, contact our technical team before purchasing.

Yes. When running high-end, forged JDM/KDM wheels like Volks Racing, calculating the offset and backspacing to clear big brake kits (like Brembo) is crucial. If you provide your suspension specs, our engineers can guarantee fitment before you pull the trigger.

OEM parts are what your car rolled off the assembly line with. Hyundai Mobis is the official OEM parts and service arm for Hyundai, offering identical or upgraded factory replacements. Aftermarket parts (like Garrett or Mishimoto) are designed to push the chassis far beyond factory limits.

Many of our Garrett and customized hybrid turbos are designed as direct bolt-on replacements utilizing factory exhaust manifolds and oil lines. However, larger core upgrades will require custom piping, larger intercoolers, and aggressive tuning.

Yes. Our sourcing network is deep. If you are doing a complex restoration or building a track car and need obscure chassis components or discontinued trims, contact our team. If it exists in a warehouse globally, we can usually find it and crate it up for you.

Tuning & Installation

While we supply the hardware required to push major power, we highly recommend taking your vehicle to a certified KDM dyno tuner to calibrate your ECU. We do provide base map recommendations and technical spec sheets for all the turbochargers and fueling components we sell to assist your tuner.

In most regions, dealerships can only void warranty claims if they can prove the aftermarket part caused the specific failure. However, installing catless downpipes, big turbos, or flashing the ECU generally puts your powertrain warranty at high risk. You play, you pay.

Intakes and simple bolt-ons can be done in a driveway. However, for coilovers, big brake kits, or engine internals, we strongly recommend professional installation by a certified motorsport mechanic to ensure proper torque specs and safety.

For aggressive track use (like the Nürburgring), you need pads that can survive extreme thermal loads without fading. We generally recommend metallic or ceramic-matrix racing compounds from Brembo or Hawk. They will squeal on the street, but they will stop you on the track.

Modern Hyundai N-Performance ECUs are highly adaptive. A simple cold air intake usually does not require a tune, as the ECU will adjust fuel trims within safe limits. However, pairing an intake with a downpipe absolutely requires a tune to prevent leaning out the engine.

Returns & Checkout

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Parts must be completely uninstalled, un-mounted, and in their original, undamaged packaging. Once a component has been bolted up or subjected to thermal cycles, it cannot be returned. Custom-ordered parts and ECU tuning modules are non-refundable.

Yes, standard returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover initial shipping and warehouse handling. If the return is due to an error on our end (wrong part shipped), the restocking fee is waived.

If the item is a standard backorder and hasn't shipped, you can cancel it for a full refund. However, if it is a custom-fabricated part (like a custom exhaust or specific coilover spring rates) that has already entered production, it cannot be canceled.

Our WooCommerce-powered checkout is fully encrypted. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. For major engine builds or wholesale orders, we also accept direct wire transfers.

We respect serious builders. If you are putting together a massive cart (e.g., turbo, intercooler, fueling, and suspension all at once), contact our sales team before checking out. We often work out custom package pricing for full-scale track builds.
